Job Objectives and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for the collation, review, and allocation of training for both operational and non-operational staff. This role ensures compliance with contractual, MOJ, company, legislative, and relevant standards. The main duties include ensuring all training is recorded, reviewed, assigned, and responded to in a timely manner; processing and disseminating relevant information; providing support and advice to staff and local managers; supporting the development of the training performance report; contributing to continuous improvement; promoting Health & Safety and Environmental standards; proactively assisting stakeholders; and preparing for performance reviews and inspections.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, clear communication skills (verbal and written), and intermediate to expert IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in a prison or secure environment, customer service, or an administrative role is advantageous.
