FULL DESCRIPTION

Maintenance Supervisor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Worthing (BN14 8PB) to lead a small maintenance team in the delivery of fabric repairs, plumbing, and project tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Role Responsibilities

  • Delivery and oversight of repairs and maintenance to building fabric and plumbing infrastructure across multiple site buildings.
  • Delivery and oversight of planned maintenance activities. Organisation and onsite hosting of subcontractors.
  • Support the Tech Services Manager/helpdesk and Technical Services Coordinator with allocation of Planned and Reactive work orders.
  • Day-to-day management of relevant employees including conduct, performance, attendance and capability.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a plumbing or mechanical trade.
  • Previous experience of working in other trades or a similar role is desirable.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Experience of PDA and PC technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential.
