We are seeking an AMI 3–6 trained Montessori Teacher to lead one of our well-established Children’s Houses. This is a rare opportunity to shape a thriving environment and lead a committed team in delivering Montessori education to the highest standard.

The Role

As Lead Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your Children’s House, shaping a calm, purposeful and beautiful Montessori environment while leading and inspiring your classroom team.

  • Guide each child’s development with care, insight and respect
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Montessori materials and child development
  • Lead with clarity, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture
  • Build positive, professional relationships with families
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school

We are looking for a confident and reflective Montessori practitioner who:

  • Holds an AMI 3–6 Diploma and experience with young children
  • Brings strong leadership, organisation and clear communication
  • Builds relationships with ease and professionalism
  • Is committed to safeguarding, equity and inclusion
