We are seeking an AMI 3–6 trained Montessori Teacher to lead one of our well-established Children’s Houses. This is a rare opportunity to shape a thriving environment and lead a committed team in delivering Montessori education to the highest standard.

The Role
As Lead Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your Children’s House, shaping a calm, purposeful and beautiful Montessori environment while leading and inspiring your classroom team.
- Guide each child’s development with care, insight and respect
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Montessori materials and child development
- Lead with clarity, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture
- Build positive, professional relationships with families
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
We are looking for a confident and reflective Montessori practitioner who:
- Holds an AMI 3–6 Diploma and experience with young children
- Brings strong leadership, organisation and clear communication
- Builds relationships with ease and professionalism
- Is committed to safeguarding, equity and inclusion
