Senior New Build Conveyancer
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Senior New Build Conveyancer to join their Plot Sales team in Manchester. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. The closing date is 7th April 2025.
The Vacancy
A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior New Build Conveyancer to join our Plot Sales team in Manchester. You'll be responsible for providing a comprehensive and efficient service to our House Builder clients, managing part exchange matters from reservation through to post-completion.
What will I be doing
- Taking primary responsibility for part exchange files and associated conveyancing matters.
- Miscellaneous estate management and conveyancing related new build work
- Preparing and issuing contract packs, responding to enquiries, and producing clear, concise reports on title.
- Proactively managing transactions to meet or exceed client deadlines and expectations.
- Acting as a key point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular progress updates.
- Handling completion processes, including preparing completion statements and billing clients.
- Managing post-completion work, including promptly dealing with requisitions.
- Maintaining and managing your own caseload using our case management system, and supervising / supporting junior conveyancers where needed.
You'll have
- Experience of residential conveyancing transactions, including part exchanges, and an awareness of the housebuilding process.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and case management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work on your own initiative and as a member of the plot sales team.
- The ability to provide outstanding client service and build strong relationships.
