Your tasks in our team
- Lead scaffolding function to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels and relevant KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share within scaffolding sector.
- Manage pipeline for target projects
- Forecasting turnovers and managing budgets
- Presenting key project bids and leading contract negotiations with key customers
- Monitoring the long-term outlook for scaffolding projects to signal upturn or downturns in opportunities as early as possible

What distinguishes you
- Scaffolding Industry marketing and sales
- Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access and shoring systems used within the sector
- PC literate with good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office standard programmes
- Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector
- Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers
- Strong commercial understanding
