Your tasks in our team

Lead scaffolding function to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels and relevant KPIs.
Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share within scaffolding sector.
Manage pipeline for target projects
Forecasting turnovers and managing budgets
Presenting key project bids and leading contract negotiations with key customers
Monitoring the long-term outlook for scaffolding projects to signal upturn or downturns in opportunities as early as possible

What distinguishes you

Scaffolding Industry marketing and sales
Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access and shoring systems used within the sector
PC literate with good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office standard programmes
Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector
Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers
Strong commercial understanding
