Accounts Senior

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 per annum
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Work Type: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

End to end portfolio management, providing accountancy services, building trusted client relationships
Maintain awareness to spot opportunities to sell new services to clients
Engage with marketing activity including pitches, campaigns, and articles
Support workflow management through planning, allocation, and review
Train team members in processes and technical matters
Adopt a hands-on approach to support the team
Identify and mitigate risks to the business and clients
Continually improve processes through best practice
Ensure performance, industry, and compliance standards are met

About You

Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified
Minimum 2-3 years PQE or 5+ years as Accounts Senior (QBE)
Experience with CCH and Xero
Good understanding of practice accounting
Solid communication skills
Organised and diligent
Interest in cloud accounting software
