About the role

We are seeking an ambitious qualified accountant with audit experience for our Letchworth office at Supervisor or Manager level. Key responsibilities
- Lead or manage the audit process from planning to completion
- Prepare jobs to meaningful budgets
- Assist in development of trainees through coaching and feedback
- Build client relationships and manage expectations
- Effectively manage Partner expectations
- Identify and deliver added value services
- Be a role model and mentor to trainees and seniors
About you
- Previous audit experience in a UK practice essential
- Experience auditing SME clients
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Good technical knowledge: UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS, ISA’s
- Team player with effective working relationships
- Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, CCH, Digita Cotax, Inflo, SAP, Xero, Sage, Quickbooks
- Pro-active approach
- Motivated by fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Own car and full driving licence required
