Business Support Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join the Business Support team in the Glasgow office. This is a part-time, permanent position offering £17,500 pro-rata, with 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, flexible AM/PM shifts).

About the Role

As Business Support Assistant, you will support the Business Support Team, be the first point of contact for clients, manage mail and couriers, handle office emails and telephone enquiries, perform data entry, and assist with general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Business Support Team
- First point of contact for clients (reception and telephone)
- Managing all incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Data entry and system updates (e.g., Glide, CCH)
- Document printing, scanning, generating letters, diary management
- Liaising with IT and telecoms providers
- Assisting with CRM data input and ad-hoc projects
About You
- 2+ years in a client-facing administrative role
- Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
