Junior Marketing Assistant

About the Role

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our marketing programme across multiple offices. You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of activities, from content creation and reporting to events and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day implementation of marketing initiatives across all offices
  • Support the creation and management of marketing materials and literature
  • Help produce weekly and monthly reports, as well as the firm-wide quarterly newsletter
  • Monitor trends and developments within the market and client base
  • Assist in organising events, including planning, bookings, and logistics
  • Track social media trends, mentions, and relevant content opportunities
  • Update and maintain website content using the CMS
  • Support the development of marketing plans and gain exposure to budget management
  • Contribute to ad-hoc marketing projects and team initiatives

About You

  • Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • Around 1 year's experience in a marketing role, or relevant internships/placements
  • Experience in professional services is beneficial but not essential

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with solid analytical and research abilities
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Professional, proactive, and aligned with team values
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, or Paperless Post is desirable
  • Basic WordPress knowledge is an advantage
