[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Family Law Partner to lead and grow their practice across London offices. This senior leadership role involves managing a caseload, leading a team, and contributing to the firm's strategic direction.
About the Role
We are interested in speaking with experienced Family Law Partners who enjoy leading people as much as leading cases and who want to play a meaningful role in shaping the direction of a firm. The role is based across our London offices.
This is a senior position with a strong leadership focus. Alongside managing your own caseload and meeting (and exceeding) fee targets, you’ll be a visible leader within the practice — setting standards, supporting colleagues, and helping to build a positive, high-performing team. You’ll be involved in planning and attending partnership and strategy meetings, contributing ideas, and helping turn them into action.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong and established referral network, with the confidence and enthusiasm to grow it further
- Proven experience leading and developing others
- The ability to manage a substantial caseload while supporting team performance
- A collaborative, positive leadership style
- Clear, proactive communication across the firm
- A professional and commercial approach to compliance (SRA, Lexcel and internal processes)
- A desire to contribute to strategic growth, marketing and the firm’s long-term success
