FULL DESCRIPTION

Float Personal Assistant

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Float Personal Assistant to provide PA and secretarial support to our growing family law teams across our offices. This is a primarily remote role with occasional travel. Apply below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively liaise with clients and other professionals as appropriate
  • Ensure that all clients and external visitors are greeted appropriately and offered refreshments
  • Provide accurate and timely administration of all matters arising from daily post
  • Organize meetings, conferences and book appointments
  • Ensure accuracy of all work produced via audio typing
  • Demonstrate competency in all software packages relevant to role
  • Manage own work, productivity and quality of work including adhering to internal administration procedures

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous legal secretarial experience, preferably within family law
  • Analysis, problem solving and attention to detail
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Effective time and work management
  • Good team player, both within immediate team and wider Firm
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

Location

This position will be based remotely. This position is primarily a remote role however, you may be required to travel to offices from time to time as required by the business needs (reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed for this).
