Job Introduction

Customer focused position responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring the seamless delivery of training services. Combining relationship/account management, sales performance, and operational oversight to manage the full training lifecycle—from enquiry through to certification and invoicing. Acting as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, the role ensures high service standards, strong client relationships, and effective resolution of queries. Contributing to business performance through proactive pipeline development, data management, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality, solutions-focused service across phone and email channels, and ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive business development, account management, and the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Oversee the effective coordination and resolution of customer and supplier enquiries, ensuring clear communication and timely outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, from initial enquiry and booking through to certification and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning the business as a trusted partner and ensuring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, support pipeline development, and contribute to the delivery of wider commercial objectives.
  • Maintain oversight of client training records, proactively managing renewals and rebooking of expiring qualifications to support client compliance.
  • Support financial administration processes, including invoices, credits, and query resolution, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company procedures.
  • Coordinate internal training activities, including scheduling, bookings, and performance reporting, to support organisational capability development.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to processes, systems, and customer experience.

  • Experience in Training sector and/or Rental, Industrial, Construction/Infrastructure market – desirable
