Civils Sales Manager
£45k+ ~ £50-60K | Ballymena – Antrim, Antrim – Antrim
Job Description
Established manufacturer of concrete that supplies to a wide range of customers throughout Ireland and the UK in Civil & Commercial, Building and Agriculture.
- Responsibility for driving sales performance and hitting revenue targets in the civil engineering and construction materials sector.
- Be experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, clients and key stakeholders within the civil engineering sector.
- Bring on new business opportunities, expand an already large customer base and strengthen the company’s position in the market.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of services.
- Deliver precise cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projects to support competitive and profitable tender submissions.
- Lead the bid and tendering process to secure new projects, in line with company standards and client requirements.
The Person
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferred)
- 3+ years of management experience, leading sales teams.
- Strong sales and estimating experience in the civil engineering/construction sector.
The consultant managing your application will be an MEng or MSc qualified Engineer with experience in industry.
