Maintenance Engineer – Ballymena
Company: A leading UK food producer ([Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]) | Location: Ballymena | Salary: £40,500 – £46,000 per year | Hours: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts (04:00-12:30 / 12:00-20:30)
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Relevant engineering qualification (electrical, mechanical, or multi-skilled)
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Pay Grades
- Grade 1 – Single Skilled: £20.04/hour
- Grade 2 – Skilled Engineer: £20.84/hour
- Grade 3 – Intermediate Engineer: £21.51/hour
- Grade 4 – Technician (Multi-Skilled): £22.77/hour
