Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical systems for prefabricated and commercial heating & cooling solutions.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, regulations, and best practices across regions.
• Act as the go-to expert for resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, defining project scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Create detailed electrical designs, including power distribution, circuit design, and control systems.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical design.
• Expertise in designing ELV, LV, and HV systems, including solar PV, inverters, and earthing systems.
• Strong knowledge of UK/European technical standards, legislation, and environmental best practices.
