Project Surveyor
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Services (part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]) is seeking an M&E Project Surveyor to join the SES Central team in Oxford. This is a permanent, on-site role focused on high-profile mechanical and electrical projects in Oxfordshire. The position offers a competitive salary, car allowance, private healthcare, pension, and flexible working.
About the Role
Our M&E Project Surveyors take ownership for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting. They have full accountability for their own work packages or projects and collaborate with customers and industry specialists.
- Contribute to project commercial strategies and take ownership for subcontract packages, demonstrating understanding of internal and external tender strategies.
- Maximise project cashflow by effective commercial management.
- Contribute to procurement strategies, including issuing tender enquiries, package reconciliations, and production of subcontract orders, and agree main and subcontract final accounts.
