M&E Project Surveyor

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Services ([Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Services) is seeking a talented individual to join as an M&E Project Surveyor (Senior Surveyor) to support projects across the Central Region, focusing on high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects around the Midlands area. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Cheltenham.

About the Role

Our M&E Project Surveyors take ownership for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions and contract reporting. As a Project Surveyor you will:

  • Lead & Manage: Take ownership of financial management from initial planning through to final handover.
  • Optimize Costs: Develop and execute cost management strategies ensuring financial soundness.
  • Contract Expertise: Oversee subcontractor agreements, handling negotiations to payments.
  • Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and address financial risks.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide clear, insightful financial reports.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members.
