Regional Operations Manager | Elderly Care - Manchester - £67,000 per annum
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Regional / Area Manager within the elderly care sector.
- Demonstrable experience supporting multiple Home Managers across a portfolio.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of occupancy, budgets and performance.
The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to support, develop and drive performance across a group of services in and around Greater Manchester.
This role is highly operational, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing key performance indicators and performing audits across each of the services.
A key element of the position will involve analysing trends across the portfolio, identifying common themes and proactively reporting insights to senior leadership. You will be forward-thinking in your approach, anticipating challenges and implementing improvements before issues arise.
Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced Regional or Area Manager within elderly care, with a track record of delivering tangible improvements across multiple services. You will be confident in your leadership style, assertive when required, but equally able to engage, influence and motivate the team to come along with you.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate practical, real-world examples of success. Whether that be improving occupancy, turning around underperforming services, enhancing quality outcomes, or learning from initiatives that didn’t go to plan. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves coaching and mentorship.

The role is commutable from: Manchester, Oldham, Ashton-under-Lyme, Denton, Stockport, Glossop, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Lymm, Urmston and Salford.
