Fertility Care Coordinator - Leading Private Clinic

£34,000-£37,000 per annum | Full-Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday | London

Fertility Care Coordinator role at a leading private clinic in Hammersmith. Experience within the fertility sector is essential.

The Client

Our client is dedicated to fertility and all aspects of women's health and are devoted to providing bespoke holistic care to their patients. They have carefully designed their clinics to have a private yet welcoming feel, and they pride themselves on their individual approach. Due to the growth of the business, we are currently in search for an experienced Fertility Care Coordinator to join their Patient Services Team.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and professional individual who has previous experience working within the fertility sector. You will be a key part of the patients journey from dealing with new enquiries to coordinating treatment cycles. The successful candidate will be confident, with clear communication and a real focus on providing outstanding customer service.

You will work as a part of their dedicated and close-knit Patient Services team, and will have several responsibilities including:

  • Responding to new enquiries in a timely and comprehensive manner
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Working with the MDT to optimise conversion rates from enquiry to initial consultation
  • Processing fertility treatment plans
  • Ensuring patients are supported and have all necessary information required to commit to treatment

This is a full-time permanent position consisting of 40 hours per week, which will be worked Monday to Friday, with no weekend requirement!

Requirements

  • Confident and clear communicator
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Previous experience working within fertility sector
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of fertility treatments and IVF
  • Trustworthy and strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems

Summary
