Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum

About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are proud to be exclusively partnering with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] on the opening of their brand-new hospital in Cambridge. We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Lead to take full ownership of the endoscopy service.
Responsibilities
- Provide both clinical and operational leadership
- Lead the development and expansion of endoscopy services
- Shape patient pathways from pre-assessment through to recovery
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team
- Drive quality, safety, and governance standards
- Play a key role in achieving JAG accreditation
Requirements
- NMC registered Nurse with strong endoscopy experience
- Previous leadership or senior clinical experience
- Strong understanding of endoscopy pathways and patient care
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in governance, audit, or quality improvement
