About the Role

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be able to work effectively as a part of a cohesive team. You’ll have a “can-do” attitude and will have a passion for providing great care. My client is open to accepting candidates from varied backgrounds- so whether you have experience in primary care, secondary care, or even if you’re newly qualified, this may be the role for you! This will be a full-time position where you’ll be working 40 hours per week over 5 days per week. The ability to work some weekends is essential. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community.
  • Procure and prepare medicines as needed.
  • Dispense medicines effectively and accurately.
  • Organising prescriptions for patients.
  • Use excellent communication skills to ensure patients’ needs are met.

What You’ll Bring

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • MPharm, BPharm or equivalent.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience within a community pharmacy environment desirable but not essential.

Location

This Community Pharmacy is based in Scarborough and commutable from Whitby, Pickering, Bridlington, Driffield, York, Thirsk and Middlesbrough.
