[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is working in partnership with one of the UK's leading retail pharmacy chains to recruit a Pharmacy Practice Manager in Taunton. This is a permanent, full-time role offering up to £64,900 per annum plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding patient care within a community pharmacy setting
Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional safety and customer service standards
Ensure full compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance
Oversee procurement, preparation, and dispensing of medication
Coach and develop both permanent staff and locums

What You'll Bring

GPhC registration as a qualified pharmacist
