[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are working with a national provider of care and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and other complex needs. We’re recruiting for a Service Manager to oversee a small residential home in Burnham-on-sea, Somerset. The role will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the services, line management of the staff team and supporting the Registered Manager with CQC regulatory compliance.

Person Specification

• Experience in a management role within adult social care (ideally residential, supported living considered)
• Extensive experience leading services for adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour
• Strong people management skills
• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations
• Full UK driving licence
