The successful candidate will work closely with the wider leadership team to support a group of services across the region. The role is varied, fast-paced, and offers genuine scope to make an impact across multiple sites.

The Candidate

We are looking for a clinically credible, experienced operator with a strong background in the elderly care home sector. You will bring confidence, pragmatism, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.

This role would suit candidates from a range of senior operational backgrounds within the sector.

Requirements

• NMC-registered nurse with relevant management qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the elderly care home environment.
• Proven track record at a senior level within the sector.
• Comfortable with significant regional travel.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Location

This is a regional role based in and around the Bath area, with travel across the wider South West. Candidates must be willing to commit to regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

Summary

A confidential opportunity for an experienced senior operator to join an established care provider in a regional capacity, on a salary of £75,000 - £80,000 plus mileage coverage.
