Nurse Qualified Home Manager – Elderly Care

The Role

As the Registered Nurse Home Manager, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care
  • Provide strong direction and support to clinical and care teams
  • Maintain full regulatory compliance and positive working relationships with external partners
  • Uphold high standards of quality, governance and service delivery
  • Manage budgets, staffing levels and overall operational performance
  • Build positive relationships with families, external stakeholders and community partners
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning and team development
  • Drive a positive staff culture within a stable and settled team

About You

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be NMC registered (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
  • Have proven leadership experience within elderly nursing care
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain or improve quality and regulatory outcomes
  • Have a strong understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and person-centred care
  • Be confident in leading large teams and managing complex services
  • Possess excellent communication, relationship-building and decision-making skills
  • Be commercially aware with experience overseeing budgets and service performance
  • Be an adaptable, visible and approachable leader with a strong professional presence
