FULL DESCRIPTION

Business Intelligence Lead – Complex Care

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting for a leading Health and Social Care provider. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, primarily home-based with 2 days per week in Liverpool City Centre. Salary: £52,767 per annum.

Role Overview

Develop annual business intelligence programme supporting growth roadmap
Produce monthly intelligence outputs on commissioners, competitors, M&A
Translate Market Position Statements and housing strategies into insights
Analyse competitor financial statements and market trends
Research regional housing market for supported living and residential models

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years in market analysis role
Solid knowledge of Health & Social Care (Supported Living, Mental Health, Residential)
Strong presentation skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Knowledge of AI tools including Microsoft Copilot desirable
Degree and strong academic foundation (A-Level in Maths or Science)
