FULL DESCRIPTION

RESIDENTIAL NIGHT CONCIERGE

Location: Harcourt House – Marylebone, London W1

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Working Hours: Night Shift – 7:00pm to 7:00am (4 on / 4 off shift pattern; 12-hour shifts)

Pay: £13.68 per hour (including holiday pay); Additional benefits including pension and paid breaks

Requirements

  • Valid SIA Licence (essential)
  • Previous concierge, security, or residential front-of-house experience is desirable
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude suited to a luxury residential environment
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • IT literacy, including basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office systems
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, particularly during night operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence during night hours
  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage access control and building security procedures
  • Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment
  • Receive and manage deliveries, parcels, and resident enquiries
  • Maintain accurate handover logs, incident reports, and contractor records
  • Contact emergency services such as the fire brigade when necessary
  • Maintain the reception and concierge area to a high professional standard
  • Support the Building Manager and wider site team with essential service issues when required
