The Role

As Senior Production Controller, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day production planning and control of the site, ensuring resources, processes, and outputs align with operational goals. You'll play a key role in maintaining performance, quality, and efficiency across all production activities. You'll take ownership of production scheduling, resource deployment, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering meaningful outcomes for our business, our customers, and the industries we serve.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a numerate and analytical mindset
  • Experience within an engineering or process-driven environment (aircraft industry preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems and production planning tools
