Full-time, Hybrid, Brinkworth, UK. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] UK is hiring a hands-on Solar Project Technician for the Operations & Maintenance team.

Your Tasks

  • Assist in installation, maintenance and repair of solar PV systems, including inverters, panels and battery storage
  • Conduct system inspections
  • Support the execution of additional services, including upgrades, panel cleaning, electrical adjustments and warranty-related work
  • General maintenance of commercial PV sites
  • Basic groundwork and mechanical tasks

Your Profile

  • Relevant qualifications in electrical or renewable energy engineering (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds 2365/2330, or equivalent)
  • Must-Have: Experience in solar PV installation, maintenance and construction, electrical, or mechanical work
  • Nice-To-Have: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification and a CSCS/ECS card
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Valid UK driving licence
