PV Engineer (m/f/d)

Full-time, Brinkworth, Engineering, Permanent

Your Tasks

Are you passionate about solar energy and ready to get hands-on with cutting-edge PV systems? We’re looking for a proactive and solution-oriented PV Engineer to help us keep our solar installations running at their best. If you enjoy diagnosing faults, performing maintenance, and working in a collaborative team to deliver top-notch service - this could be the perfect fit!

  • Carry out routine maintenance, testing, and remedial work on deployed solar PV systems
  • Diagnose and repair faults to ensure optimal performance
  • Work collaboratively with the O&M team to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Supervision and coordination of third-party contractors carrying out works on site
  • Weekend rota (additional pay)

Your profile

  • Several years experience in utility-scale solar PV
  • Must have: Knowledge of High Voltage Systems, AC and DC systems, SCADA systems and/or common maintenance procedures
  • Nice to have: Harness Training, First Aid Training, Fire Marshal Training
  • Your profile: Communicative teamplayer with problem-solving skills and a proactive and safety-conscious mindset
  • Willingness to travel: occasional nights away
