• Designing and scheduling annual preventive maintenance plans
• Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors for corrective actions
• Leading regular client meetings and ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Managing insurance claims and contract performance
• Conducting financial reviews and forecasting

Your Profile

Be part of the clean energy revolution! [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are seeking proactive and technically skilled Client Managers to help drive the success of our large-scale solar farm operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 3+ years' experience in renewables (O&M, Asset Management, Design, or Project Management)
• Strong technical knowledge of PV systems and components
• Experience supervising technician teams
• Skilled in contract negotiation and management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM/ERP systems
• Highly organized and structured approach to work
