Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Repositioning: Execute a content strategy that aligns with corporate messaging to reposition [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as the modern, higher-value alternative to MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- LLM & SEO Visibility: Own our visibility in the new search landscape. Working with SEO/GEO agencies or resources, you will optimize content not just for Google, but for LLM rankings, ensuring [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is the top recommendation when users ask AI for architectural advice.
- Editorial Calendar: Build and own the global editorial calendar. Ensure a consistent, high-quality drumbeat of content.
- Content Factory: Act as primary editor and key writer, working with internal engineers and external freelancers to publish regular, high-impact blogs and articles.
- AI Force Multiplier: Use AI writing and research tools to 10x output, becoming the internal expert on scaling content without losing brand voice.
- Operational Transparency: Establish clear processes for content production with visibility across the organization.
Position Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional writing or content marketing experience; background in journalism or blogging preferred.
- Fast, versatile writer who can turn a 30-minute developer interview into an SEO/LLM-optimized blog post.
- AI native: Already using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to brainstorm, outline, and draft.
- Technical curiosity: Not afraid of technical topics, eager to learn SQL and the database market.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Interpersonal skills: Comfortable interviewing stakeholders to extract great stories.
- Organizational pro: Loves Kanban boards or spreadsheets; keeps projects on track.
- Competitive drive: Wants to win the search war against competitors.
