Job Description
A Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties. Ideal if you can carry out basic works such as tiling, patch plastering and plumbing. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
Daily Responsibilities
- Carrying out works on domestic properties
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs
Requirements
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Must have previous social housing experience
- Must have experience of using a PDA
