Key Responsibilities
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, drywall, and other materials to specifications
- Constructing, installing, and repairing structures such as walls, doors, windows, and cabinetry
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans
- Installing hardwood floors, windows, and doors
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations
- Collaborating with other team members on site to ensure efficient project completion
- Keeping a clean and safe work environment at all times
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Blue CSCS Card
- Health & Safety awareness and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
