Role Summary

This position helps our Sales team by maintaining a detail-oriented approach whilst delivering administrative and customer commercial support. About You

As a conscientious and methodical individual, you’ll bring a solid track record of success in fast-paced administrative support roles, ideally within a sales or commercial environment. You thrive under pressure, expertly juggling a varied workload while maintaining exceptional accuracy. Your passion for organisation and keen eye for detail set you apart and make sure you deliver what's required, well within internal deadlines. This role will be for you if you’re ready to embrace a fresh challenge that will allow you to build relationships and drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Oversee the management and processing of all chargeable work order requests to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Renewal Processing: Ensure all non-monthly renewals are executed on time and accurately.
  • Customer Assistance: Offer ad hoc support to address the needs or concerns of our customers.
  • Sales Team Support: Assist with team tasks and inquiries as needed.
  • Sales Order Updates: Provide customers with updates regarding their sales orders, amends and/or account queries.
  • System Data Accuracy: Ensure systems used by the Commercial teams are up to date and accurate.

Experience

Preferable: Experience in a sales environment.
