About You

As an ambitious and driven individual, you’ll bring a solid track record of success in fast-paced support roles, ideally within a stock or post room environment. You thrive under pressure, expertly juggling a demanding workload while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organised and tidy stock room areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Manage the timely and accurate receipt of all incoming equipment, kit, and assets.
  • Prepare kit and assets for dispatch to various sites and field technicians.
  • Oversee post room operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Escort delivery drivers to and from site gates, managing all logistics related to deliveries.
  • Raise and update Purchase Orders in line with incoming stock and deliveries.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Asset & Logistics Team Leader and cover during absences.
  • PAT testing stock room equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications: GCSEs and A Level. Experience: Previous experience in administrative or stock-focused roles within a modern office environment.
