Stage 2 Complaints Officer
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting a Stage 2 Complaints Officer for a temporary ongoing contract based in West London.
- Location: West End, London
- Salary: £21.00 - £27.36 per hour
- Job Type: Temporary / Contract
- Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Hybrid: Initially office-based, then 3 days minimum in office per week after induction
Role Overview
The role will primarily focus on Temporary Accommodation Repairs & Complaints casework with a special focus on Complaints, Members Enquires, and Ombudsman enquiries. You will be responsible for investigating, communicating with residents and agents, and responding to residents in writing in line with the corporate complaints policy of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s client.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Background in Temporary Accommodation, Property Management, Repairs & Maintenance (desirable)
- Ability to investigate and respond to complex complaints and enquiries
