Operations Manager (Security)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Limited is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details.

Salary: Competitive rate | Hours: 37.5 hours (Full time) | Location: UK (London based)

Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitors work activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Makes recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manages the program, including hiring, positive recognition, discipline, and termination.
  • Manages employee scheduling, work assignments, communication, and personnel development; evaluates employee performance, gives regular feedback, and conducts annual performance reviews.
  • Develops and maintains the training program. Oversees the budget, maintenance, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners/departments to schedule officers for on-campus events.
  • Responds to campus during emergency events.
  • Ensure customer service for the entire department and campus community.
  • Complete risk assessment and site evaluation.

  • Previous/ equivalent experience in Operations Manager
