FULL DESCRIPTION

Sales and Service Administrator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group Ltd is looking to recruit a Sales and Service Administrator to join our expanding After Sales and Workshop Team at our Haydock Depot. This is a part-time role (18-20 hours per week) offering a salary dependent on experience. The successful applicant requires the ability to work competently and adhere to stringent deadlines, prioritise their own work schedule, have a great attitude and be customer focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general admin duties including data entry, process information efficiently and accurately
  • Answer and redirect any phone calls and respond to all emails in a professional manner
  • Assist the After Sales Team with the administration of service engineers’ reports
  • Obtain purchase order numbers if required prior to generating final invoices
  • Raise invoices to customers and the ability to resolve any invoice queries that may arise
  • Support with hire enquiries and process hire contracts
  • Various ad-hoc tasks providing admin support to the After Sales Team
  • Customer interaction and enhance customer relationships

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of working within a similar role
  • Provide high quality administration skills with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Someone with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Confident, professional and accustomedness approach
  • Driven to achieve Company targets
  • Daily interaction with team members and customers
  • The ability to work as a team or individually
