About the Role

As our Manager of HR Technology, you will take ownership of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s global HR systems, including Workday and Jobvite, driving the day-to-day execution, architecture, and transformation of our HR tech stack.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and deliver solutions to optimize our HR tech stack, focusing on immediate business demands with clear, actionable outcomes
  • Oversee daily operations and tactical execution of Workday, Jobvite, and other HR systems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and integrations meet business needs
  • Actively manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations to support HR program deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure that HR systems align with technology guidelines, policies, and security protocols
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact between HR and IT for module deployment and global requirements
  • Responsible for data and reporting across P&C and ensure data accuracy through regular auditing of HR data
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation capabilities within HR technology platforms
  • Partner with the Head of HR Operations to implement technology improvements, focusing on automation and process efficiency
  • Lead and participate in hands-on HR projects that involve systems, business processes, and tech integrations

What You Need to Succeed

  • Extensive experience in HRIS, with deep hands-on expertise in Workday, HR technology, data and reporting management, and integrations
  • Strong ability to manage day-to-day system operations while driving continuous process improvement
  • Experience with hands-on execution, from strategy to delivery, in fast-paced, global environments
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
