Care Assistant

We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to work day or night shifts in our stunning care homes in Hove. Experience is desirable but not essential. We believe in flexible working and can offer both full or part time hours.

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals who are also reliable and hard working to join our friending & supportive teams. You will be providing person centred care and ensuring that individuals’ rights, choices and preferences are met. We provide a wide range of training and fully funded NVQ courses.

We offer paid breaks, a generous annual leave allowance, free meals on a 12 hour shift, attractive training opportunities such as nurse associate training and a goody bag when starting your employment with us.

*There is a £250.00 joining bonus which is paid after a successful 3 month probationary period*.

The Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
