The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior SEO Manager to own SEO and LLM-driven discoverability end-to-end across all [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brands and markets, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRx. This is not a traditional keyword-only SEO role. You will sit within the Growth team and act as the single owner of organic discovery, spanning:

  • Technical SEO & engineering requirements
  • Content & clinical authority (E-E-A-T)
  • Off-site authority and UGC ecosystems (Reddit, forums, Q&A)
  • LLM visibility, citations and answer inclusion

What you’ll do

  • SEO & LLM Strategy: Conduct a full SEO audit by brand and condition/treatment category; build and own a unified SEO + LLM search roadmap across all brands and markets.
  • Technical SEO & Engineering Collaboration: Act as product owner for SEO engineering initiatives; partner with Engineering to deliver modular templates, clean URL architecture, Core Web Vitals improvements, structured data, and more.
  • Content, Clinical & E-E-A-T: Scale clinically authoritative, SEO-ready content; maintain refresh cycles; roll out author bios, reviewer profiles, citations, and accessibility standards.
  • LLM Visibility & Off-Site Authority: Ownership of LLM-specific optimisation initiatives including schema expansion, content structuring, and Reddit/UGC influence.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track rankings, organic revenue, schema coverage, LLM answer inclusion; work with Data to maintain unified SEO and LLM dashboards.

  • 5–8+ years of SEO experience, including technical SEO at scale
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Content and Data
  • Strong grasp of E-E-A-T principles and clinical/authoritative content requirements
  • Curious and forward-thinking about LLMs, GenAI search and AI Overviews
  • Comfortable owning strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with international SEO (UK, US, DE, CA)
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
