Product Manager

We are the architects of the human data infrastructure reshaping AI development.

The Role

As our new Product Manager at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will take your place in [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Product, Research, and Design Group. You will be the Product person responsible for the impact and outcomes of a team building next gen tooling that enables frontier AI model developers to conduct cutting edge AI research.

  • Impact: You will report into the Product Lead for the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] for AI Product Group, working cross-functionally.
  • Experience: You bring experience building AI native systems and UX, with success in complex human workflows.
  • Domain: The Data Collection Tooling feature set is key to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s work.
  • Responsibilities: You will product manage a stream-aligned team, accountable for outcomes and impact.
  • Culture: Demonstrate reliability, grit, diplomacy, bias for action, and focus on value.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and launch next generation Data Collection Tooling product suite.
  • Stay current with frontier AI research to meet customer requirements.
  • Own end-to-end product development lifecycle from strategy to iteration.
  • Communicate strategy to executives and work through details with your team.
  • Unblock and simplify complexity; bring solutions.
  • Partner with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive track record working embedded in technology teams.
  • B2B product experience focused on large enterprises.
  • Competence in prevailing Product tools, models, and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, Continuous Discovery, CI/CD, JTBD, Team Topologies, etc.
  • Expertise in experimenting with latest AI-led technologies.
  • Strong data literacy and data-driven decision-making.
  • Storyteller's flair, teamplayer, strong opinions weakly held, can-do attitude.

Even Better If You Have

  • Scale-up or startup experience.
  • AI/ML training or development experience.
  • Track record of giving back to Product community.
