The Role
The Technical Director for Enterprise Transformation will play a key role in shaping and delivering large-scale, global transformation initiatives for our most strategic clients. You will lead a community of talented people who are passionate about building best in class digital solutions.
- Strategic Client Leadership: Build relationships with senior technology stakeholders; serve as transformation lead; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; drive strategic alignment; represent [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as a trusted advisor; act as technical escalation point.
- Technical Leadership: Provide first class technical leadership; enable AI adoption; consult on technology adoption; mentor future technical leaders; support across delivery layers; strengthen technical presence; balance strategic direction with progress; bring industry knowledge; gather thought leadership; ensure standards (PCI-DSS, OWASP, ISO 27001, ISO 9001) are upheld.
- People: Help teams adopt good practices; advocate for agile; ensure risks are considered; assist recruitment; line manage and develop people; foster psychological safety.
- Partners: Build relationships with technical partners; support events; be an advocate for technologies.
- Growth: Support sales and marketing; contribute to bids; share insights.
Essential Expertise
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects for globally recognised brand names.
- Experience navigating large, complex organisations.
- Proven consulting skills and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Technical fluency across platforms, architecture, cloud, and modern delivery practices.
- Passionate about technology, developing teams, and delivering outcomes.
- Proven track record building and leading communities of technologists.
- Adaptable to change and fostering cultural shifts.
Technology domains of interest: Technical leadership in a Product environment; AI enablement across SDLC; DevSecOps culture; CI/CD; Infrastructure automation; Cloud experience; Secure by design; Data and AI.
