We’re now looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our People & Culture team — someone who is passionate about growing capability, developing talent, and building a culture of continuous learning.
What you'll be doing
- Strategy: Creating a talent development strategy aligned to business goals; analysing workforce data to identify trends and skill gaps.
- Learning & Development: Designing and delivering technical, soft skills, and leadership development programs; conducting assessments; managing vendor relationships; owning [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s Academy platform; monitoring programme effectiveness.
- Talent Management: Implementing development planning structures; supporting career development plans; leading succession planning.
- Culture & Engagement: Promoting continuous learning and curiosity.
- Financial: Managing the training and development budget.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, ideally in an agency or similar business
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development
- Experience delivering training, presenting, and facilitating workshops
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management capability
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, confident working independently
- Effective problem-solving and solutions-focused approach
