FULL DESCRIPTION

Lead IT Engineer - Corporate Engineering

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] - London, Hybrid - Full-time

Mission

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

Role Purpose

This is a senior, autonomous role for someone who takes full ownership of our internal environment and isn't waiting to be told what to fix. You'll own the Microsoft stack end-to-end, from Azure and Intune through to M365, Teams, and our macOS fleet. You'll build automations that reduce workload, maintain hardware across clinic and manufacturing environments, and make decisions independently at pace. The right person for this role uses AI every day, not as a novelty but as a core part of how they work. Power Automate, Copilot, Claude Code, these should already be part of your toolkit.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Take full ownership of Azure, Intune, M365, and the broader Microsoft stack from day one
  • Build and ship automations that meaningfully reduce manual work across the business
  • Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base so that operational knowledge doesn't live in one person's head
  • Own hardware lifecycle decisions across clinic and manufacturing environments
  • Contribute to our shared security posture, working with Microsoft Defender alerts and operational security workflows day to day
  • Make independent calls on onboarding, admin access, tooling, and hardware without needing sign-off at every turn
  • Join the on-call rotation once per week, additionally compensated

What We're Looking For

  • Deep, hands-on experience across the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Intune, M365, Teams, Office
  • A genuine power user of AI tools with real examples of how you've used them to improve how you work, Copilot, Claude Code, agentic tooling
  • Strong practical experience with Power Automate or equivalent automation platforms
  • Comfortable supporting macOS environments alongside Windows
  • Hardware ownership experience across endpoints, manufacturing, or operational environments
  • Working knowledge of security operations and Microsoft Defender
  • Someone who makes decisions, takes ownership, and doesn't need constant direction

Nice to Have

  • AV or clinic-specific systems experience
  • Cisco or networking fundamentals
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare
  • A track record of building internal documentation and knowledge bases
