Seasonal Regional Relief Team Member
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Yorkshire, Peaks and Cities is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Regional Relief team working between hostels across Yorkshire, the Lake District and Northumberland. This role is perfect for someone with a sense of adventure, great communication, and a driving licence. The position offers a seasonal, flexible contract from May to November 2026, with 15–42.5 hours per week at £12.71 per hour.
What will you be doing as a Hospitality Team Member?
- Providing great customer service to all customers, members and guests.
- Working on reception, offering insights about the hostel and local area.
- Using systems for efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, food and beverage sales.
- Carrying out housekeeping duties to ensure a clean environment.
- Assisting in food preparation and serving food and drinks.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience of working face to face with customers.
- Experience of working in a team.
- Excellent timekeeping and flexibility to cover different shifts.
- Ability to manage varying pressures and workload demands.
