Senior SAP Analyst [Based from either Clara Co. Offaly / Derry NI] Maternity Leave 1 Year FTC

Reporting to the SAP Support Team Lead, this role will help support the existing SAP solution, analytics and reporting whilst working closely with other teams within the business to potentially role out SAP to further sites.

The SAP Senior Analyst will lead and support the other functional analysts whilst working closely with the basis analyst within the SAP Support Team. They will work alongside our implementation partners, SAP and key business users to manage the resolution of functional queries and changes.

Responsibilities

  • Support SAP, MII & other legacy IT Applications across 4 live sites
  • Provide triage of daily support tickets and calls, liaising with support vendors to resolve these
  • Support and develop the other members of the SAP Support Team and assist cross training of team
  • Support and implement change requests through change control process
  • Assist and lead during upgrades and project roll outs where necessary
  • Support and lead user training and understanding where possible
  • Deliver standard platforms, analytics and reporting solutions ensuring alignment across the business
  • Develop relationships within the business and work closely with department and site leads to complete projects, maintenance and change requests

Requirements

  • Min third level IT Qualification with development exposure (or relevant business experience) [essential]
  • Experience in reporting and utilising Data Analytics (SAC/ Power BI / BO)
  • Experience leading the documenting and standardisation of SOP’s
  • Solid ERP support across many departments
  • Minimum 5 years broad SAP functional experience touching MM, SD, FICO, PP, WM/EWM, QM [essential]
  • SAP – S4 Hana experience
  • Manufacturing background preferably in a validated environment [desirable]
  • Experience with SAP MII or similar Manufacturing Execution System an advantage [desirable]
  • Data migration/ mass upload experience an advantage
  • LSMW experience an advantage
  • Product Labelling experience an advantage

Occasional travel to site, dependant on business requirements.
