Change Notification Specialist
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Healthcare Packaging is hiring a Change Notification Specialist (EHS Officer) for a flexible base in Europe. This role focuses on coordinating customer change notifications, managing supplier changes, and driving quality processes.
About the Job
In this role, success isn’t measured in quarterly targets; it’s defined by effective application of project management methodologies to ensure seamless communications, cross-functional alignment and timely execution of change notifications and support directly to customers. Your duties include, among others:
- Co-ordinating and supporting, with applicable site SQ/Quality Leader, local site supplier changes requests and proposed [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] change requests and communicates to internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partners with the Director of Procurement in helping to organize, plan, and track procurement VCI’s (value creation initiatives)
- Collaborating with other functions to gather necessary information for planning change notifications such as impacted customer part numbers, customer contact information, technical risk assessments, and customer change agreement information.
- Supporting Director of Procurement in helping to organize, plan, and track changes including but not limited to analyzing change timeliness, closure and customer responsiveness.
- Driving and executing change processes that are led by Quality while utilizing best practice processes, tools and governance structure to enable the delivery of equal or improved quality, timeline and cost to the bottom-line without disruption to supply.
- Creating and managing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Europe change forum and trackers related to customer change; and
- As an SME for change management, be an active part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] corporate change process community of practice (COP) with a view to drive continuous improvement to the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Change Process and monitoring/ reporting capability.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in academia e.g. science, engineering, quality or equivalent/related subject.
- 5-7 years’ experience working in Quality, operations or supplier/purchasing controls related work experience in a regulated industry (e.g. Medical Device, automotive, aerospace. Electronics Med Device preferable);
- Demonstratable aptitude for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to be the voice of Quality when dealing cross functionally, will take the lead discussions/meetings to ensure the correct outcome.
- Self-starter with ability to exhibit efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and to handle multiple tasks.
- Builds strong relationships by fostering open communications, respect and trust.
- Excellent communication skills, always professional representing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] to our customers, both internally and externally.
- Understanding of medical device QMS, packaging and associated regulations such as ISO13485 and ISO11607 advantageous; and
- Knowledge of SAP an advantage
