The Vacancy
Join [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Invoice Finance Team where you will target key businesses within our customer demographic, engaging with high level decision makers to gain their interest in our product offerings. Working as part of the Invoice Finance team our ideal team member will have previous experience in ensuring a highly professional service is delivered with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Consistently provide excellent telemarketing to generate new business appointments for our Regional Sales Directors
- Work to high volume call and duration targets
- Develop long lasting relationships with prospects and act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Qualification of inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting into qualified sales leads
- Build and maintain the company’s contact management database/CRM platform ‘Salesforce’ according to sales pipeline and marketing campaign reporting demands
- Coordinate new business meetings with the Sales Directors
- Manage and maintain lead referrals through the Sales Pipeline
- Work with the wider Marketing Team to follow up on tactical campaigns
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous outbound business to business telesales experience
- Experience of using a CRM system
- The ability to demonstrate telephone sales techniques
- Experience in customer services environment
- An ability to build relationships with high level decision makers
It is not essential but it would be great if you have:
- Sales experience within the financial or professional services environment
- A UK Finance Foundation course or willing to work towards
